Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the main point of contact with our clients to facilitate and implement systems, services, and methodologies while utilizing the People Centric High Performance Culture Framework.

A college degree is required, preferably with an emphasis in business, finance, management, administration, organizational communication, or other related fields.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the organizational dynamics within a company and will be able to work to further the goals of our clients via the People Centric High-Performance Culture Framework. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience and a strong understanding of general business practices, including business communication (written and verbal). The ideal candidate will be able to analyze the High Performance Framework within an organization, make recommendations, and work to execute a plan to create results for the client organization. The ideal candidate would be able to follow People Centric processes, create new processes, and effectively install processes and systems into a client organizations. The ideal candidate would look for ways to show the impact of People Centric to the client organizational leaders.  The ideal candidate will be collaborative with our executive team, our staff, and administrative professionals.
