Randy Mayes - CEO / Partner

Randy Mayes is an expert in both business processes and people.  He founded and grew a janitorial supply company out of his garage to a success company with many employees, and then sold the business.  He is the owner of the Success Coach network where he personally coaches business executives.  He is also the co-founder of Leadership Book of the Month and People Centric Planning.

Randy combines decades of practical business experience with his powerful insight and ability to connect with people.  As an Executive Business Coach, he gets the opportunity to utilize these talents to help others reach their great potential.  Randy is constantly energized by helping teams of people come together to create ideas that are better than any one person could create.

Don Harkey - CIO / Partner

Don Harkey is a strategy, organization, and process expert.  Don spent 10 years working for Fortune 500 companies as an engineer learning the value of people and systems.  He is the owner of Galt Consulting, is a professional speaker, and is the co-founder of Leadership Book of the Month (www.lbotm.com) and People Centric Planning.

Don brings a unique blend of an engineer's perspective and a deep understanding of people together to help clients learn how to solve problems.  Not exactly your typical engineer, Don has been described as having a great sense of humor to go along with his knowledge of systems and processes.  His favorite saying is "Passion is Productive!". '

Emily Crites - Project Manager

Emily Crites holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Missouri S&T (Rolla) and spent the first several years of her career as an Environmental and Safety Engineer for 3M.  During her time at 3M, she lead multiple projects to improve processes and create systems.  After leaving 3M, she went to work for Environmental Works in Springfield, Missouri as an environmental engineer.

Emily joins PCCG as a Project Manager and process expert.  She also brings a sense of humor and great people skills to our team (unusual characteristics for an engineer).  Her abilities as an engineer give her great capacity to solve problems as well.

Gina Routon - Client Services Manager

Gina Routon is the Client Services Manager for the People Centric Consulting Group.  Whether she is coordinating services with a client, helping manage our Mastermind Groups, or conducting training on our Hiring Suite tool, her role is to make sure our clients get what they need.  Gina also oversees our various events including the Leadership Lunch, Leadership Mastermind, and special events. 

Gina has a gift for working with people and does a great job of understanding the needs of the client.

Kate Haring - Project Manager

Kate Haring earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and a Master's degree in Communication from Missouri State University.  She brings extensive expertise with intense energy along with leadership experience.  In school, Kate was known as the strongest of student leaders being active in Student Government as the Director of Academic Affairs and as the President of the Residence Hall Association.  She has taught classes at Missouri State on the topic of Public Speaking and received awards for her teaching duties.

Kate brings high organizational skills and the ability to teach teams to communicate.

Sherrie Freyer - Project Administrator

Sherrie joins People Centric Consulting Group with 30 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant and 13 years experience as a small business owner.  She started in the banking world in Arkansas before moving to Springfield in the early 1990's.  Her most recent position was Administrative Assistant to the VP and CFO at Bass Pro Shops corporate headquarters.

Sherrie brings her organization skills, her experience, and her ability to juggle many different tasks as a Project Administrator for PCCG.  This role serves as the "inside" person supporting our Partners and Project Managers out in the field while overseeing our client processes and deliverables.

Marissa Weaver - Director of Leadership

Marissa is passionate about helping others become better versions of themselves. After graduating with her Bachelors degree in Communications from Southeast Missouri State University she then immediately went on to get her Masters degree in Education.She relocated to Springfield to work at Missouri State University, and through her work as the Associate Director of Student Engagement, she developed three signature leadership programs for the University as the first person in her position. She completed her doctorate (Ed D) in Educational Leadership from University of Missouri-Columbia. Her extensive knowledge in creating, implementing and educating adult students on leadership skills makes her a great fit to serve as the Director of Leadership, for Leadership Book of the Month.

Through her involvements in the community, Marissa serves on the Leadership Springfield Board of Directors as the Class Chair which includes overseeing the year-long leadership program for 32 community leaders. As one of the 2010 Springfield Business Journal’s “40 Under 40″, Marissa was honored for her contributions both professionally and to the local community. Marissa was also honored for her work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks by receiving the Community Partner Award in 2009.

Julie Harkey - Office Administrator

Julie Harkey works behind the scenes to manage our payroll and accounting processes as well as many of our company's internal systems.  She is always ready to help to support our team in anything from greeting at our events to collecting supplies for the company. 

Julie has held several positions in her career after earning a Bachelor's degree in Music Education most recently working as a bank clerk.

Rebekah Clark - Intern / PR

Rebekah Clark joins People Centric Consulting Group as an intern and brings with her a lot of energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge in the field of communications and PR.  She coordinates several of our Marketing efforts including our social media and also writes articles.  She also collects client testimonials and creates case studies. 

She is a full time student at Missouri State University and also works part time as a student reporter for KSMU radio.
