Randy Mayes is a veteran business owner having started a janitorial supply company from the ground to a successful organization. His unique talent for offering insight and developing long-term relationships lead him to pursue a career as an Executive Coach as founder of The Success Coach Network. Randy helps his clients both with his vast experience. his ability to zero in on critical issues, and his people-centric approach.
Don Harkey spent 10 years with Fortune 500 companies 3M and ADM as a chemical engineer. His ability to problem solve and to develop systems that get the best out of people drove him to start Galt Consulting. Don helps his clients strategically utilize their people to improve processes and install systems that lead businesses to success.
A few years ago, the veteran business coach and the problem solving business engineer were introduced by a mutual friend. Within a year, they started collaborating with mutual clients having found a real synergy between the insightful, people-centric approach and the systematic engineering approach. The resulting collaboration was a huge success. People-Centric Planning, a system installed into companies to help them engage their people to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities, was launched into a variety of businesses to rave reviews. Randy and Don soon realized that they had a very different approach to consulting. Rather than telling clients what to do, they use systems and tools that help clients take advantage of the natural skills and talents of their people.
